Project NebuLLM

Character, voice and identity are usually treated as separate outputs. NebuLLM treats them as parts of one system: how a character looks, how a voice behaves, how identity survives edits and model changes, and how local tools keep the whole thing coherent.

Show the research. Keep the subject restrained.

The public page documents the systems being built without turning the current character work into a full reveal. Visual build states, voice experiments and integration milestones can become more explicit as they are ready.

ACTIVE
01 / CHARACTER CREATION

Identity that survives iteration.

Visual anchors, body and face consistency, controlled edits, build-state imagery and repeatable character construction rather than one-off generations.

ACTIVE
02 / VOICE CREATION

A voice assembled from behaviour.

Articulation, timing, pronunciation, prosody and identity are separated so they can be tested and recombined instead of relying on a single voice preset.

03 / INTELLIGENCE

Local and frontier systems working together.

Model routing, local inference, transcript extraction, document understanding and tools are treated as interchangeable capabilities behind a stable project identity.

INTEGRATION
04 / CONTINUITY

The joins are the research.

The difficult part is not generating a face, a sentence or a voice sample. It is preserving identity while different models, tools and interfaces take turns contributing.
